Michael Davis explores the sometimes controversial issues facing those who take on the rescue of a crumbling tower house. The talk will consider the delights, challenges and benefits of such a project and the role of officialdom as a potential enabler – or disabler – reflecting on the fact that there may often be more than one valid conservation approach.
Drinks will be served after the talk.
