Join us, in person or online, for our 66th AGM
and a talk by Tim Hedley-Jones of the Railway Heritage Trust
The 66th AGM of The Architectural Heritage Society of Scotland will be held on Wednesday 26 October at 6.00pm, in person at the French Institute of Scotland in Edinburgh, and online.
The business of the AGM will be followed by a talk by Tim Hedley-Jones of the Railway Heritage Trust on the work of the Trust in Scotland.

2. Minutes of the 65th Annual General Meeting
vote: “that the Minutes of the 65th AGM are approved”

6. Special resolution to amend the Society’s 2009 Memorandum & Articles:
The principal amendment is to reduce the AGM quorum from 30 to 20;
minor amendments and corrections including to Trustee terms of office
vote: “that the existing Articles of Association shall be amended as per the Special Resolution dated 26 October 2022”
7. Elections
vote: “that the nominations to Council are approved”
8. Ordinary resolution:
vote: “that Messrs Henderson Loggie be re-appointed as Independent Examiners for the year to 31 March 2023”

5. Our Annual Report and Financial Statements were independently examined, approved by the Trustees, and signed on 5 August 2022. Full copies can be downloaded, free of charge, from the Companies House website or obtained from the Treasurer at the National Office.
7. Elections:
Krystyna Campbell and Elizabeth Graham stand down as Council Members having served a term of three years. Martin Robertson, our Chairman, stands down having served two terms.
Peter Drummond stands for election, having served several terms on Council in the past and after a year’s break. Caroline McFarlane will stand for re-election having served since 2019. Please read their biographies here.
