Summer party – Lufra House Trinity

This year’s summer party is being held at Lufra House in Trinity, courtesy of our generous hosts, Malcolm and Anne Davidson.  Built c.1845, this C-listed villa was probably built by the Duke of Buccleuch as a boating lodge, from where the Duke could look out over his new developments at Granton Harbour.

As well as splendid views, the house has a fine garden along with a spacious conservatory that will provide welcome shelter should it rain.
