Dermot Patterson of LDN Architects discusses his work and his approach to releasing the latent potential of historic buildings. His projects include the extension of St John’s Church on Princes Street, McEwan Hall, Appleton Tower and the School of Law in Old College. He is also the author of several conservation plans for a diverse range of buildings and monuments, including the Royal Museum of Scotland and Crail Airfield in Fife.
