The Architectural Heritage Society of Scotland (AHSS) has recently expressed its concerns to the Scottish Government regarding the implementation of Phase 3 of Permitted Development Rights (PDR) in Conservation Areas. The society, a key member of the Built Environment Forum Scotland (BEFS), has aligned with the Conservation Officers Group (COG) in advocating for a delay in the roll-out of these new regulations, which came into force on May 24, 2024.
